At The Baked Equation we create custom cakes for any occaision: events, birthdays, holidays, parties or just for fun. Custom Cakes come in all shapes and sizes. From mini cakelets that make the perfect gift to larger cakes for events. In our consultation we will discuss the cake flavor options, filling pairings and the best type of buttercream that will best fit your custom cake. Sometimes American Buttercream fits the best but other times the smooth and silky Swiss Buttercream is the perfect pairing. From light chiffon cakes to classic butter pound cakes we will help you determine which one is best for your occaision.
In our cakes we only use the finest ingredients. We use King Arthur Flour, C&H Organic Sugar, Imported Swiss Fondant, Callebaut Barry rich cocoa powders, real bourbon vanilla, and local organic eggs.
