The process of creating a custom cookie set starts with research on the theme, finding the right clipart and font, cutting the cookies, icing the cookies, preparing colors, and packaging.

Yes, that is our specialty. Over 80% of our business is creating custom cookie sets. While we can accommodate rush requests, we normally as for at least 3 weeks notice for custom designed orders. We will do our best to create a custom order that is just perfect for your wedding,
birthday, shower or other special occasion.

I love this cookie set I saw on Pinterest, will you copy it?

No, but what we can do is take the idea and make it our own.

I can’t tell if my cookies would be considered Detailed dozen or Intricate dozen on your pricing sheet?

We completely understand that it can be difficult to figure out what category your desired cookies may fall in. The pricing sheet is to give a ball park idea of what your cookies may cost. The purpose of the sheet is to allow clients to pick a type of custom dozen based on price. For example, I want one detailed dozen with a train theme and my colors are navy, red and white. Then our team will provide a quote based on that information.

Why is there an additional cost for extra colors?

Our custom dozens are a convenient price. It allows you to choose a price point and a theme. We have determined the amount of colors that each custom dozen allows. Color mixing is one of the most time consuming parts of the decorating process. Would you believe it is even longer than decorating the cookies? The Detailed Dozen allows for 4 colors. If you wish to add a 5th color it is an additional $5.00 charge to the total order. For example, a detailed dozen at $50.00 would now be $55.00.

I have a budget, can you help me?

We sure can. If you provide us with your budget, theme and colors we can help provide you with options that fit.

What if I need an odd amount of cookies?

Our minimum total order for cookies is a dozen. You can order any amount above that number. For example, if you would like to order 15 cookies we can price that out for you.

How do you ship your cookies without them breaking?

All cookies are individually-wrapped and then placed on bakery boards for stability. Each bakery board is wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a bakery box. The bakery box is then cushioned with packaging materials in a shipping box. It may seem odd but just as much time goes into packing our cookies as it does to make them! A cookie may very occasionally break or crack, but it will still taste great. We ship via FedEx because we feel they provide the best and most reliable service. We understand that FedEx is more expensive but trust me you will want to spend the extra $5.00.
